          with our staff, but we as a company recognize the need to furnish our

          LEGAL STUFF:

Client represents that it holds the copyrights (or licenses to the copyrights) to any ad copy or image it submits to SESSIONS DESIGNS, or if SESSIONS DESIGNS supply images to a client its not intentionally to violate any copyright laws. Some images come from a royalty free website: http://groups.yahoo.com/ that's emailed to SESSIONS DESIGN weekly. If any images are copyrighted and the photographer or model have proof of the copyrights, SESSIONS DESIGNS will inform the client to stop use of said image. The person submitting this order form in the Clients behalf is authorized to permit SESSIONS DESIGNS to print and/or produce on Clients behalf, and that all submissions are truthful and are not libelous, and comply with all copyright laws and all other applicable laws and regulations. Client agrees to indemnify and hold SESSIONS DESIGNS and its licensees harmless from any and all claims, damages, liability and costs resulting from publication of any ad copy or image it submits, including attorney fees and other costs of defense SESSIONS DESIGNS and its assigns, agents, subsidiaries, officers, employees or licensees may incur in connections with such claims. Client also agrees to pay all expenses SESSIONS DESIGNS may incur, including attorney fees, to enforce this contract and obtain payment of money goods or services due.

Public Notice

Dalton Warren AKA Biff Warren, of NY, owes Sessions Designs $2841.24 for Design work for San Juan Brothas 2006 a Gay Event in San Juan, Puerto Rico; Sessions Designs summoned Mr. Warran of Flying Cow Marketing to
small claims court. Mr. Warren was a no show; Courts ruled in Sessions Designs favor. No payment has been made. (Bad business practice)
